The only issue I have is that when I purchased it the office was 18. After the purchase I went back in and it had dropped to 12. Then I saw a link that would have given me 20 in free downloads of I had signed in. I love the elephant but the process and price seems a bit flakey. I would suffers a popup for new customers on the discount for signing up.
