3D Printing Guidelines (FDM & SLA / Resin)

Whether you run a high-resolution SLA resin printer or a tuned FDM filament machine, this model is optimized for crisp results across all setups.

For FDM Printers (Filament)

Layer Height: 0.12mm - 0.16mm (0.08mm recommended for maximum comic detail on the face and pauldron).

Infill: 10% - 15% (Gyroid or Cubic for balance).

Wall Loops / Perimeter: 3 - 4 walls for strong outer geometry.

Supports: Tree/Organic supports enabled. Recommended orientation: Tilt the figure back ~15° to place support contacts on less visible rear surfaces.

Nozzle: 0.4mm standard or 0.2mm for ultra-fine detail.

For SLA / Resin Printers (LCD / DLP)

Layer Height: 0.03mm - 0.05mm.

Hollowing: Recommended for large-scale statue prints (2.0mm–2.5mm wall thickness with dual drain holes hidden under the base/boots).

Supports: Heavy supports on the bottom of the base/feet; light-to-medium supports on key overhangs (elbows, chin, shoulder eagle).

Lift Speed: Standard setting for your resin (slow down slightly around delicate chain links).
