Technical Printing Specifications & Optimization
Every file in this folder has been carefully verified through meticulous slicing configurations (including test runs on large-format beds down to ultra-precise 0.05mm resin passes) to guarantee painless adhesion, clean overhang transfers, and beautiful surface finishes.
Resin Printing (SLA/LCD): Perfect for the individual companion figures (Rob, Ohno, Bo, Boo, Crunch, Bort, Tor). Recommended at 0.03mm - 0.05mm layer heights. Use a high-quality modeling resin to make the panel lines pop during painting.
Filament Printing (FDM): Highly recommended for scaling up the giant Combined Mighty Orbots robot! Works beautifully at 0.12mm to 0.28mm layer heights on textured PEI plates. 3–4 walls are recommended to preserve structural integrity if you choose to hollow out the large limbs.
Support Placement Advice: Orientation is optimized to place support touchpoints on hidden rear seams, preserving the flawless clean-plate look of the frontal armor, faces, and insignias.
