STL design for 3D Printing

Shell shaped case, with rotating hinges. Designed to be a nice jewelry box, or fashion accessories' case.

Walls and hinges are 4mm thick: the finished print is sturdy and very difficult to break. Usually prints with movable parts require separate objects to be printed and glued or locked together. This design allows for interlocked parts from different objects to be printed together in the same print! The hinges have ample space between them and generate a very small amount of supports, the rotation is ensured by the direction which the pivots are pointing at. It is one file with the two pieces interlocked, no glue or assembling required.

Space among rotating elements is 1mm so everything rotates freely and there's no risk of parts melting together during the print process.
