The hinges have ample space between them and generate a very small amount of supports, the rotation is ensured by the direction which the pivots are pointing at It is one file with the two pieces interlocked, no glue or assembling required

Walls are very thick and the overall sturdiness has been overengineered for durability and quality. As such, it can be printed smaller, safely up to 1/2 of the original size

EDIT 2021: Separate parts have been added, now the file can be printed in 2 pieces - for better control over printing times and printbed sizeNew parts are Up, Down and a screw for tightening the hingesAlso walls are thinner in the 3 separate pieces, with more optimizations for faster printing!
