Printable Celtic knot Triquetra coaster

The Triquetra or Trinity knot is used as a Christian symbol but is was adapted from ancient Pagan Celtic images. The ancient Scandinavians, Germans and Japanese also used the symbol. When interlaced with a circle as depicted in this model it is more specifically Christian. It was also used, amongst other things, to represent Land, Sea and Sky, or as a symbol of one of the specific Celtic triple goddesses. It is a popular design used in Irish jewelry.The model is about 105mm in diameter and 6mm thick. It can be used as a coaster or a badge or whatever other purpose you can think of. Being 3D-printable, it can be made out of plastic or metal, and it will not need any supports during the printing process. It could also be used in any 3D modelling scenario.It was made in 3DS Max and checked for printability in Netfabb Studio. Both programs found it to be error-free.faces 1280vertices 614
