These files enable you to build a working radio controlled model of the Offshore Support Vessel Viking Neptun at a scale of 1/144. At this scale the model is 1000mm long and 240mm wide. The files include a working bowthruster for added realism.

The original ship was built in Norway in 2014 and is presently used as a Cable layer, and this model includes a representation of that cable laying equipment.

The model is printed in about 100 parts using a filament printer throughout. The buildplate size needs to be 300mm square.

The completed model works very well as a radio controlled model with a good stable performance on the water even in windy conditions, with sharp turning circle. The included bowthruster which is simple to build adds interest and realism to the model.
