The magnificently over-engineered German-made Robot Royal camera utilizes a unique take-up reel system. In the course of me using my robot royal the take-up reel broke and being that it’s nearly impossible to replace I created a replacement for 3Dprinting.

It will fit and work properly within the original shell of the take-up reel. The way the film connects to the original reel I could not duplicate exactly (it’s a separate metal part) so I created a passable alternative. It’s a little finicky but it gets the job done. But to be fair everything on this camera is a little finicky.I hope this is useful for someone for my minimal price.Have a great day
