An original single cut Les Paul style guitar concept with complex ergonomic carves, designed for CNC machining

Features:

  • Gibson scale length, 24.75 inch
  • 24 frets
  • Top of the body has a thick carve, will be very visible with gloss finishes
  • Complex neck joint similar to modern guitars for super accessible higher frets without affecting the front look of the body, keeping its classic shape
  • Belly carve
  • Thinner body than authentic (hehe) Les Pauls for ergonomics
  • Neck can be either glued or bolted on and in both cases it'll look seamless by design
  • Neck has a 4 degree angle built into it by default, no additional setup work is needed before attaching it to the body
  • Neck extends under the pickup for structural and tonal reasons

  • Fusion360 Native file fully editable and with some user parameters I've created for common things you might need to change
  • STEP and IGES files
  • STL Files
  • Blend file that I used for rendering (Includes the model and procedural materials I've created but doesn't include the rendering room)
