This set of 3D-printed ram horns is designed for cosplay, costumes, photoshoots, and fantasy character builds. The horns mount securely onto the included headband using standard M3 screws, creating a lightweight, stable setup with a bold and realistic curved silhouette. Each horn features natural ridge detailing for an organic look that works well across a wide range of costumes and creature designs.

Important note: The M3 screw heads sit on the inside of the headband and are not flush. I personally haven’t found this uncomfortable, but depending on sensitivity, you may prefer to add a thin foam strip or padding to the inside of the band.

Print Instructions

• Material: PLA or PETG
• Supports: Required for both horns — organic supports recommended
• Orientation:
  • Horns: Print with the surface that attaches to the headband face-down on the build plate for best quality and surface finish
  • Headband: Print flat on the build plate
