Accurately designed helmet based on a combination of concept art. This is a fan made replica model, and neither myself nor this product is affiliated with Microsoft or 343 industries.

Includes helmet file with helmet shell, front vent, helmet details, lights, visor, and visor mold (visor print sits on mold).

Helmet files are scaled roughly for a 5ft 10in individual, but highly recommended to re-scale corresponding to your specific needs. The dimensions of the helmet are 12in (or 30.4cm) tall, 11.69in (or 29.69cm) long, and 8.92in (or 22.65cm) wide. The head opening is 7.1 in (18cm) wide and 8.5in (21.59) long, though at its angle the head opening seems larger.

The visor can be either be printed in a see through resin or vacuum formed with the visor mold. Keep in mind the visor files provided are a 1-1 scale, if you are going to do a vacuum form I would shrink the visor mold slightly to allow the molded plastics thickness.
