Like all LimeyBuilds' products, this is a beautifully engineered and designed replica kit. I printed all the parts on an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra resin printer in Elegoo ABS-like 2.0 grey resin, and everything fitted together perfectly with very little post-processing or fit adjustment required, and the design allows room for electronics inside (which I did using an Arduino Nano Every as the 'brain') as well as the automatic 'pop-up' function. I really liked the alternative options for some of the parts. Very happy with my purchase, and the final result!

I'm just getting into 3-D printing, and a replica of the Star Trek III tricorder is something I've always wanted. These plans are exactly what I was hoping for, and I am very excited about this project.
