The entire helmet comes in 4 parts (ideally) , the helmet base, the front piece of the mask, spine and lenses.
The base mesh helmet! - the curvatures and shapes prevent us from doing any reasonable cuts. Every time I thought of separating plates or bone structure I imagined - this will be terrible to print, and after tons of support, and cleaning and offsets it will be hard to come together. So i just added the original base shape (people with larger printers can print it as a single piece) and also presliced it for smaller printers with 8x8 assembly pins for putting it together.
There is a version with and without lenses, as well lenses standalone for resin printing as well lenses with a little base for injection moulding.
Spine piece comes both split in 9 parts as well a full combined solid piece for you to choose from.
The front of the mask is self explanatory, with a flat back so you can print it without supports and has 3 helmet bolts to secure to the helmet.
