Description:Practical depth gauge for folding rulers – perfect for measuring or marking depths, distances, and drilling positions.The folding ruler is simply inserted into the tool until the desired measurement is reached and then fixed in place with a screw.Thanks to the TPU part (“snapper”), you can also mark directly on the workpiece.

Included in the set (files):

  • Version with logo (STL & STEP)
  • Version without logo (STL & STEP)

Construction:The model consists of 3 parts:

  • 2 parts made from PETG or PLA (body & cap)
  • 1 part made from TPU or similar flexible material (snapper)

Assembly:

  1. Print all 3 parts.
  2. Insert a standard M10 nut into the cap.
  3. Fix the cap with a drop of super glue.
  4. Screw in an M10 bolt.
  5. Insert the folding ruler, tighten the screw – done.

Printing recommendations:

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 20–30%
  • Supports: not required
  • Material recommendation: PETG for durability, TPU for flexible parts
