DESCRIPTION

This is a 3d model so you can print a replacement internal arm plastic piece and revive your broken Sony Wh-h910n heapdhones. It can replace the left or the right side (they are the same) . There are 3 models in this package:

  • ArmRemade: This is the prefered file for 3d print, it is a reconstructed, reinforced version of the arm. The model is reinforced in the weakest part where the original plastic part tends to break. The model is suitable for printing in SLA resin or SLS nylon. Could be printed in FDM taking into account the layer orientation and resolution.

  • Arm3dScanned: This is the 3d scanned version of the original part with 0.2 accuracy. This model is only suitable for printing in SLS nylon and have the original weakness, so it might break in the same way the original breaks with use.

  • Arm3dScannedReinforced: This model is a reinforced version of the scanned model. The model contains an outer shell that reinforces the part, it is suitable for printing in either SLA resin or SLS nylon.

The model will fit your Sony WH-h910n with minimal post processing, it was tested to fit with the original headphones, incluiding using the original screws. To replace the part you only need a philips 0 screwdriver, no need to solder or disolder anything. There are plenty of guides on youtube on how to replace this part, if needed i will add my own. A remade part printed in SLA tough resin and was test for 3 months to offer excellent durability.
