DESCRIPTION

My interpretation of the Cup rim for the 964 Carrera and RSHigh poly Printable Wheel. I used TPU to print the tyre with 10% infil in order to slide it over the rim. The parts were printed seperately and glued together.

When I imported it into Chitubox and Cura it worked in both. Even though the model is not all joined together as one solid piece.I printed it on a resin printer and not sure how FDM printing will handle the detail.I used standard settings:Layer Thickness: 0.05 mm (50 μm) is the industry standard for balanced detail and speed.Normal Exposure Time: 2.5s to 3.0s for monochrome screens; 6.0s to 8.0s for older RGB screens.Bottom (Burn-in) Exposure: 20s to 30s for the first 4 to 6 layers.Lift Distance: 6 mm to 8 mm. (Combined with a slow lift speed of 1–3 mm/s to smoothly peel the resin off the film).
