The BBS Motorsport E50 is a legendary three-piece modular racing wheel featuring a cast magnesium center, aluminum outer rim halves, and an iconic mesh design introduced by BBS in the 1970s

I modelled these to go on a 934 RSR and is as close as I coloud get them to look like the real ones for the RSR.

3D printing settingsI printed it on a resin printer and not sure how FDM printing will handle the detail.I used standard settings:Layer Thickness: 0.05 mm (50 μm) is the industry standard for balanced detail and speed.Normal Exposure Time: 2.5s to 3.0s for monochrome screens; 6.0s to 8.0s for older RGB screens.Bottom (Burn-in) Exposure: 20s to 30s for the first 4 to 6 layers.Lift Distance: 6 mm to 8 mm. (Combined with a slow lift speed of 1–3 mm/s to smoothly peel the resin off the film).
