DESCRIPTION

This is a set of brackets used to remove the oem passenger pegs and be able to use the original brake oil reservoir .

I designed and tested various versions of this bracket, some intended to be made in carbon fiber , some in aluminium , some in plastic .every single one is strong enough to work, but those 5 are the best designs meant to be cnc milled or 3d printed .

this set contains :

  • Bracket classic : , classic race style , easy to print , perfect for cnc milling . intended for cnc milling , will work well if 3d printed

  • Bracket optimized : perfected with topology optimization , prints with minimal to no support , harder to mill and print than bracket classic but easier then Bracket 3d optimized , a great compromise between the two

  • Bracket 3d optimized : the most difficult to print /mill , the strongest one . need's support .

  • Bracket 3d optimized simplified : a cleaner looking Bracket 3d optimized.

  • Bracket carbon fiber : will work if 3d printed , intended to be used to create a mold for composite materials such as carbon fiber .

As a bonus this kit includes the original mesh from the topology optimization , I quite like the organic look but is not ideal to print or use
