Print Settings & Manufacturing Instructions :
Vertical Printing: All shapes and pins MUST be printed upright (standing). This ensures the smoothest sliding surfaces and keeps the painting grooves crisp.
Mandatory Brim: Due to the 100mm height, a 5–8 mm Brim is essential for stability during the final layers of the print.
Material: PLA (Non-toxic).
Layer Height: 0.2 mm.
Cooling: 100% fan speed (Printing multiple parts at once is recommended).
Shapes/Discs: Use 3 wall perimeters and 10-12% Infill (Gyroid). This keeps the toys sturdy yet eco-friendly and saves filament.
Connector Pins: Use 6 wall perimeters to make the vertical supports nearly solid and highly resistant to breaking.
