This model is really nice -very well done. I like it better than the other kabuto models on cgtrader since it's designed to use actual lace to lace up the shikoro and the tare plates. I have one minor complaint - the holes in the tare plates are slightly undersized. They should be the same diameter as the holes in the shikoro plates. I ended up drilling them to a larger diameter. As I said, this is a minor complaint. I hope this designer does more kabutos and other stuff!

Nice model just beware you get different model files than shown in the purchase pictures shown. The lower parts do not have the red cross pattern as shown there are holes instead and I guess its supposed to be supported by the rope. Would be nice to have the assembly shown for this also.Really disappointing for the price.
