(UPDATE)remodeled helmet completely from scratch. This version is more movie-accurate with sharper details and also more spacious to accommodate a persons head. I corrected areas where walls were too thin and provided a solid version in the event someone wants to make a mold.

The way I like to print these is to print the solid version with at least 12 shell walls and no infill. This makes the part very strong but also prints the fastest. I use a wood-burning tool to cut out a hole for the bottom and visor and then clean up with sanding tools.
