Additional notes:

  • The maximum diameter of button mounting screw (the one holding it from the bottom on cover plate) is 17.5mm (0.69in)
  • Included button covers have cut-outs of 13.4mm (0.53in) for buttons and 7.5mm (0.3in) for toggle switches/rotary encoders ○ The cut-outs can easily be amended so please contact me directly on 'petermakesthings@gmail.com' to request additional versions
  • Printing settings ○ Hub body and Hub cover are designed to be printed with 0.35mm layer height (although 0.2mm should work fine as well), all remaining parts have to be printed with 0.2mm layer height ○ No supports required for any of the models ○ Hub cover has a sacrificial layer for the screw hole, use a scalpel to gently remove it ○ Buttons body (both x3 and x4) models include a support that needs to be removed with pliers after the print is done
  • For non-TM version I highly recommend using an M5 washer between '70mm adapter' and bottom rail for added durability
  • Paddle shifters showcased in video can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3900164
  • Compatible magnetic paddle shifters are included in this design by 'Fox_85': https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3025648
