Emergency Fishing Reel 3D print model

This is a 3D printable emergency fishing reel. It features a push button release/catch, crank handle, ratcheting bobbin and optional pole bracket.

I have tested this reel using 100 lb paracord and it will hold 100 lbs static.

You can use any fishing line and light para cord. Can handle knotted line fine without catching.

Assembled using 3mm screws.

I highly recommend adding lithium grease to friction surfaces to prevent friction heating.

No bearings needed.
