DESCRIPTION

This is a design of a 3D printable arm with a ball joint. All pieces are meant to be 3D printed and assembled using 3mm machine screws.

This specific application shown features an end adapter that connects the arm to an Ipad case, allowing the arm to hold an Ipad. The assembly is strong enough to hold an Ipad at full extension without difficulty. You can design your own end or ask me to do so for you. The shown picture is screwed to a desk for mounting the Ipad.

I do not have a max weight limit, mainly because you can adjust the friction at each joint by tightening the pivot screws.

I also include a general writst joint for mounting your own creations to the end of the arm.

Friction at the ball joint is adjustable by loosening or tightening the ring screws as needed.
