Hatchet axe

Hatchet axe 3D print model

Description

Hello people,

Tolerances between parts are perfectly set. There is nearly no tolerance between axe head and main handle since you need a tight fit and then tack down the pins. You might need a little bit of sanding to fit the handle into the axe head, depending on your printer's settings (for example; high extrusion multiplier). I believe that you will not really mind sanding as you will also sand the whole model for cosmetic reasons. You don't want to see any layer marks as you chop some heads off, do you? :)

If you ever encounter with any problems (tolerance, model surface, printing and so on...) feel free to contact me via email, Instagram or here on cgtrader. I will fix no matter what the problem is then resend the fixed model to you and also republish it.

More Axe models are being modeled and will be published soon.

If you have any requests, thoughts or tips let me know. I'd be appreciated.

PRINTING

The axe head is about 180x160x50mm. So if you don't have enough build volume in your printer let me know and I will cut the part into 2 or more pieces with joints then send it to you via email.

I suggest layer height of 0,3mm if you don't want to wait so long for it to be printed. But 0,2mm is optimal and will output better cosmetic results.
