There is nearly no tolerance between axe head and main handle since you need a tight fit and then tack down the pins. I believe that you will not really mind sanding as you will also sand the whole model for cosmetic reasons. As you might expect, 'Chet' was a reinterpretation of Hatchet. Shrouded in mystery, he's supposed to look even more alien than most Transformers, with visual cues taken from the Vehicons, Insecticons, etc. A 'living bomb', he is the D.R.E.A.D. team's final solution should things go awry. They'd drop him onto the battlefield, a massive ball of claws, teeth and gun barrels, and pick up the pieces later.\n\nOriginally released on Shapeways (Model ID: 9GAFJKEHB).\n\nThis head model is meant to fit onto and replace the head of the TF:Prime RID deluxe Vehicon figure, and connects to the body using a 4mm diameter ball socket. \n\nThis assembly comes in three parts, a light-piping rear piece (to be printed in transparent resin), the main face sculpt, as well as a lower jaw piece that clips onto the side of the head. The lower jaw can hinge open, revealing a 3mm diameter port inside the mouth that can be accessorized with other parts.\nThis model has been successfully printed in SLA resin, so that process is recommended as it best expresses the details of the model. \n\nThis file is for personal use only.
