- Colonial Fleet [Viper/Raptor] Pilot Helmet -
This helmet was designed to closely match what references I could gather, using a combination of on screen references and screen used prop auction references to come to as best a conclusion I could.
File Features:
- All parts separated by paint colors for easy painting.
- Larger parts split up for smaller printers
- 1.5mm thick Printable Lens [can print in clear resin and polish], or Lens buck for vacforming [helmet will NOT work with a flat lens]
- Printable inner light cover [for making a frosted light cover for the top lights]
- Neck Ring takes 8 1/8x 1/8 magnets which can be found here: https://www.kjmagnetics.com/d22-n52-neodymium-cylinder-magnet
- Helmet Tail hose and wire connectors take 4 1/4x 1/4 magnets found here: https://www.kjmagnetics.com/d44-n52-neodymium-cylinder-magnet
- Neck Ring also has a 3mm thick x 30mm length pin hole meant for a stainless steel dowel pin for the hinge.
- Padding on inside of helmet is needed to complete look. Currently I have no recommendation for this as it looks custom done. Padding should be roughly 2+ inches thick [custom to your needs]
