The helmet is very nice. It does have the etching of the 212th Clone Airborne Trooper Helmet but I just wood filled it in post processing. Very nice.

Yep. But I have a big printer, so I printed the main helmet in one chunk at 85 and then again at 90% scale. My son loves it thanks!
Of course to print it I rotated it so the main helmet was mostly flat on the build plate. It worked well and it is wearable. From a wearable standpoint it would be handy to integrate the nose with the main helmet, but from a resolution standpoint, it is nice that it is separate so you can print it out at higher res.
It also prints with a 0.5mmm nozzle as small as 25% scale, but 40% is much better.
Did you print it with the orientations shown in the STLs?
It doesn't, it only comes in the pieces you see in the 5th picture. However, I can merge the parts together so that it can be scaled easier, but the gaps between them will still be there since I modeled it that way, which means if you print it all as one piece, there'll be problems.
