DESCRIPTION

Surface crack damage for the software you actually use.

Surface Crack Brush & Decal Pack Vol.1 is a 3D Tudor surface-detail pack built around 50 unique crack designs for damaged stone, worn walls, chipped floors, props, terrain pieces, armor wear, and environment art.

The pack is designed for artists who do not want a folder of random crack images. Each design belongs to one controlled crack family, so you can choose the shape first, then use the version that fits your workflow: sculpt brush, decal or stencil, parallax-style depth, displacement-style detail, or universal 2K PBR maps.

Important count note: the pack contains 50 unique crack designs. The 200 deliverables count means those 50 designs are prepared across four practical use modes. It does not mean 200 separate unique brush designs.

Surface Crack Brush & Decal Pack Volume 1 shows 50 designs arranged for brushes, decals, parallax, and displacement-style use across four software lanes.

What you get

  • 50 unique surface crack designs.
  • 200 included deliverables from 50 designs across brush, decal/stencil, parallax-style, and displacement-style workflows.
  • Blender, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine 5, and ZBrush lanes.
  • Universal 2K PBR maps: BaseColor, Opacity, Height, Normal OpenGL, Roughness, and AmbientOcclusion.

One crack design, several useful jobs

A crack mark can do different work depending on where it lands. It can be a sculpting brush when you want relief, a flat decal when you need fast set dressing, a stencil-style mark when you are painting material damage, a parallax-style depth cue for real-time presentation, or a displacement-style detail for closer shots.

That is the central idea of this pack: same crack family, different job. You can keep the visual logic consistent while changing how the asset is used inside your project.

Four software lanes

  • Blender artwork presenting 50 surface crack designs for decal, brush, parallax, and displacement-style detail workflows.
  • Substance Painter: use the crack designs as stamp, stencil, and surface-damage painting resources.
  • Unreal Engine 5: use the UE5 lane for real-time surface-damage presentation, decal-style workflows, and environment-art crack detail.
  • ZBrush: use the ZBrush lane for alpha-style sculpting and relief detail.

Universal 2K PBR map support

Every design is backed by a practical map standard: BaseColor, Opacity, Height, Normal OpenGL, Roughness, and AmbientOcclusion. The maps give the pack a shared source lane for custom shaders, material setups, DCC pipelines, and software workflows outside the native files.

OpenGL normal maps are included. DirectX normal maps are not included; for DirectX workflows, flip the green channel where your tool requires it.

A practical way to use the pack

Start with the surface story before you pick the file type. A long branching fracture can sell structural stress on a stone wall, while a smaller chipped mark works better for corners, armor edges, broken tile, or prop wear. Place one main crack first, rotate it into the stress direction of the surface, then support it with smaller marks only where the surface needs extra breakup.

For fast scene dressing, use decal or stencil-style versions so the damage can sit on a wall, floor, slab, or prop without changing the underlying mesh. For closer shots, use the height-backed lanes when the surface needs more depth or relief. For custom pipelines, use the universal maps as the common source so the same design number can stay recognizable across materials, shaders, and software-specific setups.

What this is not

  • It is not a procedural crack generator.
  • It is not a scanned or photogrammetry library.
  • It does not include DirectX normal maps.
  • It is not 200 separate unique surface crack brushes.

Grab the version that matches your workflow and make believable cracks, chips, and damaged surfaces easier to add across your projects.
