The MTL file was missing from the download and the OBJ file doesn't contain references.
There is no way to color or texture the OBJ file downloaded. The image in the website was not created from the object downloaded.

The OBJ file didn't include references to textures or colors.
Support got back to me right away and is going to be fixing this, and hopefully I will have a good file soon. I would suggest creating the images displayed from the actual files available - absence of color or texture would then be clear to the customer.
