It's pretty affordable so I don't say bad, but if you're going to open in Maya, you have to know that you would have to redo the textures and shaders all from the start because none of the obj or fbx files' materials are set properly. And texture's names are pretty messy too. If you're opening in Maya, you have to restart all the shaders by hand, and it's a nightmare. You have a document that says which is which but I have a feeling it wasn't written properly because some of them don't make sense and are messed up.
I test opened the file in 3dsMax and it worked pretty wonderful so I have a feeling its best for 3dsMax users and not the others. (I saw an angry comment by c4d user) But again, the price is pretty low, so I wouldn't complain much.

Download section is a mess.
There are some names of files but you don't know what they mean. There are versions of versions. You can't find yourself in it.
If you open FBX file there are materials, but they have no textures attached to it. What's worse - names of texture files have nothing to do with material names. You have to test which diffuse texture is suitable to the model you want to use.
Generally - you buy stock models to save time. These plant models don't save your time.
This dataset is a complete mess.
The naming doesn't make any sense. I download models to save time.
To figure out which texture belongs to what model, if a complete disaster
The downloads are a mess making it really hard to actually use this model.
