Casa GP Exterior Scene 3D model

This is a fully textured exterior scene with 3 different natural light setup (daylight, sunset, evening), ready to render with Corona Renderer for Cinema 4D and 3dsMax. The residential building is a faithful replica of Casa GP designed by AE Arquitectos and photographed by Lorena Darquea. Inside the zip file you'll find 115 materials, 99 textures, 3 different light setup, 3 Cameras settings, Corona render settings and VFB settings. Including STL, 3DS, FBX and DAE export files. In the final PSD file you can see the post-production process with adjustment layers, but the renders need almost no post-production.

This file does not have any type of protection. You can reuse the scene, the render settings, the lights, the materials, but above all you can learn from the file, moving inside the project, observing how the light was created and handled, how materials are developed, what is the role that every textures play within them, and the values that fill every single option.

EDIT: While the following comment probably stands, I changed the rating from Negative to Positive, since the author immediately offered to fix the issues if needed. I took the time and partially solved it myself, so there was no need. While to model is nice and detailed, especially for the price, and I can't judge the C4D original version, I purchased this for the FBX, and oh God, it's cost me so much pain. The model is horrendously optimized, every curtain is 120.000 vertices! Each single piece has extreme beveling already baked in - each table leg (the base shape is just a simple cube, nothing else) has 1.580 vertices. The original was at least instanced, but obviously converting hundreds of shapes in an FBX file to instances is a pain, plus a bunch of the same shapes (like table leg times four) were not instanced anyway. To be fair, were it not for the baked in beveling and for some needlessly overly detailed geometry, the geo would be more or less clean. The file structure can be quite confusing if you want to reassign materials, but I understand that there is some logic behind it, and every piece of geo is labeled. Sadly, the ridiculous polycount makes this scene incredibly impractical and it's way faster to model and kitbash such a scene than to optimize it, even for just a static render. For animation, it's 100% simply unusable.
