1/7
Build rectangular and rolled hay bales, reshapeable loose piles, fitted wagon loads, ground scatter and multiple thatched-roof treatments with one modular Blender Geometry Nodes and PBR toolkit.
The pack combines editable support meshes, textured alpha-card clusters, trims, decals, prepared props and a flexible Scatter on Surface workflow. Adjust density, distribution, masks, alignment, scale, rotation and randomisation while instances remain procedural, then realise and convert only when export requires actual mesh geometry.
INCLUDED
• 1 Blender project file and 23 core prototype objects• Rectangular bale, 2 rolled-bale variations and a reshapeable loose pile• 2 ground surfaces, 2 loose-straw decals, 4 flyaway cards and 4 vegetation cards• 2 long trims, 4 secondary trims and 3 presented thatched-roof looks• 3 prepared example compositions and a roof comparison collection• 11 PBR texture sets with 62 standalone PNG maps• 45 maps at 2K and 17 maps at 1K; all height and normal maps are 2K 16-bit
Designed first for stylised medieval, fantasy, farm and rural scenes, with PBR detail that can also support more realistic environments.
COMPATIBILITY
Blender 5.1-era project, verified in Blender 5.2 LTS. Cycles setup. Earlier Blender versions have not been tested. Cameras and lighting are not included. Engine export requires realising/converting procedural assets and checking materials, alpha handling, scale, normals and evaluated geometry for the destination.
FAQ
Is this only a shader? No. The pack also includes editable forms, alpha-card sources, trims, ground dressing, roof treatments and the Geometry Nodes scatter workflow.
Can the hay fit a custom shape? Yes. Edit or scale the support mesh before tuning the scattered breakup; the wagon composition demonstrates this workflow.
Are all maps 2K? No. The package contains 45 maps at 2K and 17 at 1K. Every normal and height map is supplied at 2K in 16-bit format.
