Gaura Lindheimeri: Lindheimers Beeblossom Gaura Lindheimeri is a perennial flowering plant native to southern Louisiana and Texas. Growing from 3-5 ft tall, this plant produces fine, hairy leaves and pink or white flowers. It is commonly used as an ornamental plant, the genus name gaura coming from the Greek work Superb in reference to the plants beautiful flowers. The plant is vulnerable to root rot, aphids, and whitefly.
