Hello, I recently purchased the 3D block of the Cuphea 02 plant on the CGTrader website. Although the OBJ file was easily converted to SketchUp using Transmutr, I encountered a significant issue with the materials. When opening the file in SketchUp, all materials appeared gray and unconfigured. I uploaded the material CUPHEA_02_LEAF01_TRANSLUCENCY.JPG in Transmutr, and the result seemed to improve. However, when viewing the model in Enscape, the material did not appear as expected, as shown in the attached image. I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you provide the correct material settings or adjust the file so that the materials load correctly? Thank you in advance for your attention and help. Best regards, Régio
