The B-50 is a handguard and rail system manufactured for the PKM and PKP Pecheneg machine guns. It is designed to provide a modern mounting platform for accessories. It has four Picatinny rails around the front of the machine gun, providing mounting positions on the top, bottom and both sides. These rails can be used for mounting optical sights, laser designators, tactical lights and various foregrips. The lower Picatinny rail can be used with Zenitco RK series foregrips. The handguard is designed to provide mounting solution while keeping access to the machine gun's controls and barrel assembly. It is commonly used together with other Zenitco components such as the PT-2 telescopic stock, B-51 receiver rail and DTK-1P muzzle brake-compensator.
