A complete FURNISHED one-bedroom condo interior in a modern-minimal scheme - open-plan living, dining and kitchen, a bedroom, a full bathroom, a foyer with hall, and a glazed balcony with seating facing the view. Interior 12.60 x 8.00 m with 2.70 m ceilings, about 101 m2 plus the balcony. Suited to architectural visualisation, real-estate and rental presentation, virtual staging backdrops, film and TV set dressing, and walkthrough or game environments - and at under 40k triangles it is light enough to drop straight into real-time scenes.
THE LOOK - pale wide-plank ash floors run through the apartment, against cool white walls and a charcoal media wall. The kitchen is a handleless graphite run with a full-height cabinet wall, island with seating, dark stacked-tile backsplash and bright white quartz worktops. Interior doors and hardware are matte black. Charcoal drapes with sheer under-curtains dress the glazing, with mustard and slate accent cushions as the only colour. Neutral-white LED downlights, pendants and lamps are modelled as fixtures with emissive shades.
FULLY STAGED - three-seat sofa, armchair turned to the TV, coffee table, side tables and lamps, TV wall with floating shelf and media unit, six-seat dining set, bookshelf with books, desk and office chair, double bed with headboard, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, bathroom with vanity, mirror, WC and glazed shower, foyer bench and mirror, balcony chairs and table facing the view, potted plants and decor throughout.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION38,244 triangles and 75,256 vertices as exported - the .blend welds to fewer vertices; the exported figure is what you download, and both are measured, not estimated.854 separate objects, all clearly named.Polygon mesh, quad and triangle based, triangulated on export.Real-world scale in metres, +Z up.Interior 12.60 x 8.00 m, 2.70 m ceilings; overall bounds 13.05 x 10.01 x 2.97 m including the balcony, which hangs its soffit 120 mm below Z = 0.Light fittings are modelled geometry with emissive materials - no render lights, no rigging, no animation and no cameras are included.
MATERIALS AND TEXTURES86 materials, all PBR metallic-roughness.Four tileable texture sets - ash plank floor, 600 mm concrete-look tile, stacked graphite backsplash, 300 x 600 bath tile - each as base colour plus a genuine tangent-space normal map, 8 maps total, embedded in the GLB and supplied loose.Maps are sized to their pattern's aspect at 1024 px wide - from 1024 x 614 up to 1024 x 3072 - not padded to squares.UVs are MIXED by design: the tiled floor and wall surfaces use real-world-scale cube projection (they tile and overlap), while everything else carries a packed smart-project unwrap. Every one of the 854 meshes has TEXCOORD_0.
FILES INCLUDED.blend - native Blender scene.glb - single-file binary glTF, textures embedded.fbx - for Max, Maya, Unity and Unreal.usdc and .usdz - USD and AR Quick Look.abc - Alembic_gltf.zip - .gltf + .bin + texture maps + readme_obj.zip - .obj + .mtl + texture maps + readme_stl_ply.zip - .stl and .ply_textures.zip - all 8 texture maps as loose PNGs + readme
IMPORTANT - extract the PNG textures from the archive into the SAME folder as the .gltf or .obj/.mtl before importing. Both formats reference their maps by bare filename.
ENGINE NOTESImport at 1.0 scale if your units are metres. At 38k triangles the whole apartment imports comfortably into real-time engines as-is; the furniture pieces are separate named objects, so any of them can be deleted, swapped or reused individually, and the emissive fixtures can be used as light sources or replaced with engine lights. Collision is best authored from simple boxes on the walls and floors rather than from the render mesh.
