Hydraulic Press Plans (Metric)

The hydraulic press we have made includes technical drawings that can withstand loads between 10 and 100 tons if the appropriate hydraulic unit is used.

The hydraulic press is 200 cm in height, 120 cm in length and 30 cm in width.

Approximate total weight of 750 kg.

It is designed by combining 29 different parts and a total of 109 parts.

Assembly details and technical drawings of all parts are available to assist in manufacturing.

You can create solid models with step files.

Hydraulic Press drawings do not contain details of piston manufacturing. It contains only the details of the piston closed and open length, stroke length, sleeve and rod diameter and connecting flange.

It does not contain detailed drawings or information about the hydraulic unit.

The hydraulic unit to be used can be calculated and mounted on the hydraulic press or on the ground.
