There are many Belt Grinder models available digitally.The Belt Grinder machine we modeled is a more useful, professional tool designed to meet more needs in different working environments.

7 different versions of the product sold were modeled and developed. At our latest point, improvements and developments have been made to facilitate installation. Optional suggestions and notes have been added to some part detail drawings.

Belt Grinder, whose digital files are available for sale, is a professional tool. It is a tool that you can manufacture with the help of machining machines such as lathes and milling machines.

Belt sander width is 60mm and length varies between 1850-2100mm. If desired, the Adjustable Roller Arm can be manufactured longer and revised to a band length above +2100mm.

Thanks to its adjustable legs, it allows you to work sitting or standing.

It has two different tables that you can use in horizontal and vertical positions.

It allows grinding at different angles thanks to the adjustable Belt Tension Arm.

Thanks to the Gas Piston lock system, it does not throw back when changing the belt. It allows faster and safer belt replacement.

Thanks to the Slot Attachment, grinding of different diameters can be done.

There are two different surface grinding attachments that we designed as horizontal and vertical.
