Dutch Ionic Windmill Generator - Capacitor Concept.

Basically using the ion flow or wind, generated internally to drive a generator shaft. maybe miniaturization and multiplication can help regain energy from a circuit doing work. the ions are forced from the pointy object towards the round, spherical side, placing a wheel in between the two locations within the capacitor model, forcing the wheel to turn. then using this force and motion to (re)gain electrical energy for the circuit and its components.
