HVAC 3D Model Pack - 7 High Poly Units is a collection of detailed high-poly HVAC 3D models designed for archviz, industrial scenes, urban environments, building exteriors, rooftops, facades, kitbash, detailed renders, and simple animation.
The pack includes 7 HVAC units:

Each model is provided in Standard Version and Ultra Light Version, in Cinema 4D, FBX, and OBJ formats.
The Ultra Light Version does not mean low-poly. It has a simplified hierarchy and reduced object count, while keeping a high level of visual detail.
The models were created in Cinema 4D and hand-modeled with inspiration from real HVAC equipment, without reproducing any specific brand or exact industrial product.
The modeling focuses on volumes, visible construction details, grilles, ducts, panels, cables, supports, fans, fittings, and other technical elements. This pack is designed to quickly add detailed HVAC units to rooftops, building exteriors, facades, industrial environments, urban scenes, and visualization projects.

Production textures and material sets are not included. This pack is focused on geometry, hard surface modeling, and technical asset structure. It is not low-poly, not rigged, not animated, does not include final PBR textures, and does not include full UV unwrapping.
Some files may contain simple preview materials depending on the format, but this product should not be considered a complete textured or PBR asset pack.
The FBX files were tested in Blender and Unreal Engine. The OBJ files were tested in Blender. No external plugin is required.
