DESCRIPTION

High Vacuum Tube Furnace

Introduction

The furnace environment of the vacuum tube furnace is a vacuum, combined with heat treatment technology, the vacuum tube furnace can complete the sintering of the product. Due to the vacuum state, the products put into the furnace will not change the original use properties due to the reaction with the air. In addition, according to different standards, vacuum tube furnaces can be divided into different types, and the scope of application of different types of vacuum tube furnaces is also different. The atmosphere box-type experimental electric furnace is mainly used for heating materials in a specific atmosphere. This article mainly introduces how the vacuum tube furnace in the high temperature furnace works. The working principle of the vacuum tube experimental electric furnace is as follows: the quartz tube or corundum tube is used as the sealed container, and the sealing flange made of stainless steel is selected, so that the quartz tube or corundum tube can be taken and placed very conveniently under the condition of sealing. When using a vacuum tube type experimental electric furnace, you only need to put the experimental material into the quartz tube or corundum tube, seal the quartz tube or corundum tube through the stainless steel flange, and extract the quartz tube or corundum tube through the vacuum pump or the reserved air inlet on the flange. The gas in the corundum tube or a specific atmosphere can meet the requirements of the experiment by heating the quartz tube or corundum tube. When the vacuum tube-type experimental electric furnace is introduced into the atmosphere, it is recommended to pre-evacuate it before introducing the corresponding atmosphere. If conditions permit, it is best to repeat it several times, so that the purity of the atmosphere in the high-temperature electric furnace tube will be higher during the experiment.
