Automatic Motor Rotor Cover Heating Furnace Assembly Line

Introduction

The rotor of the rotor cover heating furnace is manually loaded to the board, the side clamp is positioned on the board, the module is grabbed and transferred into the carrier, and the fixture is pressed down to ensure the same height as the rotor, and the module is then grabbed to be heated. After the furnace is completed, the module grabs the rotor and unloads the material, the fixture is reflowed.
