Realistic destroyed building ruin with high resolution textures included. It is perfect for an apocalyptic scene. You can easily remove the plants if you do not want them. The native format is c4d, but with the renderer V-Ray. So if you don't use V-Ray with cinema4D, you will have to add the materials by yourself.
