DESCRIPTION

Let your players smash things: 8 low poly props at real size, each delivered intact and pre-fractured. A wooden crate and a chair that break into planks and splinters, a barrel whose staves and iron hoops burst apart, a clay pot that shatters into curved shards, a glass window that bursts in a star around the impact and keeps glass spikes in its frame, a brick wall that falls in stepped chunks of whole bricks over its standing stump, a stone pillar and a concrete Jersey barrier that crumble into rough blocks with rebar sticking out. Physics prefabs (one Rigidbody and convex collider per fragment) and a Destructible component swap the prop on impact; a baked Break clip plays the same shatter without physics. 4 levels of detail and 2 colour variants each (pine or old wood, terracotta or blue glaze, red or yellow brick, raw or striped concrete...).

KEY FEATURES

  • Every prop intact and pre-fractured: 12 to 29 fragments, cut the same way at all 4 levels of detail
  • Drop-in physics: Destructible component (impulse, damage or code), fragment Rigidbodies, debris cleanup
  • Baked Break clip for mobile and cutscenes; fixed bases (window frame, wall stump, pillar foot) stay put
  • 4 levels of detail per model, 12 to 13 150 triangles, with ready-made LOD Group prefabs
  • 2 colour variants per model (32 in total) by texture swap: one material, one 256x64 texture, one draw call per model
  • PLUS a Realistic PBR version of every model (356 to 10 724 triangles, 2048x2048 albedo, normal and mask maps per colour, same rig and clips): low poly and realistic in one pack
  • Generic rig, 2 bone influences per vertex, in-place clips: Break, Idle
  • Built-in, URP and HDRP, set up automatically for the active pipeline: materials, Animator Controllers, prefabs and a demo scene
  • Real-world scale (1 unit = 1 m), clean pivots, English names
  • FBX and glTF 2.0 files, guides for Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Blender and the web

DETAIL LEVELSLow and Medium are simple volumes; High and Ultra are built further, not just smoothed: splintered breaks on wood, rough breaks on stone and concrete, bevelled planks and battens with nails, barrel rivets, bung and lid boards, pot handles and painted frieze, glazing putty and a window handle, brick shades and chipped corners, lifting loops, end plates, reflectors and drain slots, chair pegs and wood grain.

Documentation included (Markdown and HTML), with setup, animation, colour and engine guides.

FBX
This FBX file has successfully passed the CGT Standard technical and visual checks. The verification results are detailed in the section below.
File & scene
Binary FBX
Binary FBX file is more compact and faster to load and process.

No unsupported objects
Unsupported objects:
- Lights
- Cameras
Learn more
Geometry
No N-gons
N-gons are polygons with five or more sides which might cause issues in certain processes like rendering or animation. Learn more
No faceted geometry
Faceted geometry uses flat surfaces without smoothing, which can look unrealistic on curves.
Learn more
Manifold geometry
Manifold geometry ensures all surfaces are properly connected, avoiding issues like edges shared by more than two faces.
Learn more
Textures & material
PBR textures
PBR textures simulate how light interacts with materials, making the model look realistic under different lighting.
Required PBR textures:
- Base Color
- Roughness
- Metalness
- Normal
Learn more
No embed textures
Embedded textures are stored inside the model file, increasing its size and sometimes causing compatibility issues.
Learn more
Square textures
Texture aspect ratio is the width-to-height ratio of a texture. Expected texture aspect ratio: 1:1
Learn more
Power of 2 texture sizes
Textures with dimensions in power of two (e.g. 512x512px, 1024x1024px) are used to optimize performance and memory usage.
Learn more
Assigned materials
Materials are applied to the 3D model to allow visualize a model's surface properties and appearance.
Learn more
UVs & naming
No UV overlaps
UVs overlap when multiple points on the 3D model's surface are mapped to the same point on the UV island causing texture stretching.
Learn more
UV unwrapped model
A UV unwrapped model means its 3D surface is flattened into 2D space, allowing textures to be applied accurately.
