Marunouchi Building (Marunouchi Biru), Tokyo - the 179 m tower that faces Tokyo Station across the plaza. Exterior model, built to real-world scale in metres.
The plan is not eyeballed. Geometry was derived from Japan's MLIT PLATEAU LOD2 city model and cross-checked against georeferenced aerial imagery: setbacks agree to within 0.25 m, and the two rounded corners on the station side were fitted to circles with a 0.07 m maximum residual (R 6.09 m and R 5.05 m). The 100-shaku (31 m) podium cornice, the 172.97 m eaves and the 179.02 m overall height match the published figures exactly.
Included: BLEND (Cycles), FBX, OBJ and GLB. Six baked PBR material sets - Base Color, Roughness and Normal, 4K for the tower and podium. All objects UV unwrapped, non-overlapping, packed 0-1. 643,668 triangles, 70 objects, clean English object names.
The BLEND file also carries the original 47 procedural materials, day and night lighting rigs, and 12 pre-set cameras.
Exterior only; there is no modelled interior, but an opaque interior shell sits behind the glazing so the building never reads as hollow.
