The revit model is not accurate in terms of the category of element. Geometrically it may be somewhat correct, however Revit's strength is in the documentation tools and so when many elements are modelled as floors that is not helpful.
I was rather disappointed since I was going to use the model in the education space. However, the only use for this model in education is as an example how not to produce a model in Revit.
