A temple called Daigoji Nyoirindo in Kyoto, Japan, was modelled.

This structure is listed as an important cultural asset from Japan government.

This building is built along a cliff and this architectural style is called kakezukuri.

Kiyomizu-dera Temple, also in Kyoto, is famous for this style of architecture.

The current building was built in 1606 and was restored in 1961, and the modelling is based on the official report of this restoration.
