2 variation of 4k textures including: Base Color(Albedo), Normals(DirectX and OpenGL), Metallic, Roughness, AO, MetallicSmoothness, OcclusionRoughnessMetallic, MaskMap.

4k textures (but you can downscale the textures from 4K to 2K or 1K depending on your needs)
All textures in .png format
Simple LODs are included (done with decimate modifier)
All meshes are uv-unwrapped
The FBX archive has a files for import into Unity, with the correct scale and rotation

This model was created as a modular structure, allowing you to create different, similar buildings or modify an existing model as needed. Individual parts are only available in the .blend file.I also added a Unity package with this model and configured it with a prefab, materials, LODs (+added materials with low-quality textures), and colliders. It's compatible with HDRP and Unity version 6, but the materials can easily be modified for URP as well.

Total Polys of model (LOD0): 122946 Triangles, 69872 Vertices.
Total Materials of model: 3 materials with texture atlases for better quality.
Texel density of the UV maps for 4K textures:

  • UV1 - 5.079 px/cm;
  • UV2 - 5.195 px/cm;
  • UV3 - 4.777 px/cm.

All renders were made with Marmoset Toolbag 5.
