Description

The Ocean Animals Pack comes with 5 creatures, each with their own procedural spline animation systems, which procedurally animate bone rotations to bend & roll around corners, and dynamically change speed. There are roughly 20 variables for each animal system. The Cuttlefish also dynamically changes its camouflage based on the physical material on the surface below it.

The package includes a Dolphin, Stingray, Cuttlefish, Manta Ray and an Orca (Killer Whale). The Orca contains 6 animations: gliding, swim slow, swim fast, beached, begging & eating. The Dolphin animations include gliding, swim slow & swim fast. All other creatures contain gliding and swim fast animations.

Each animal has between 3 & 4 LODS. The Orca & Dolphin include Dry & Wet Materials. The Material parents have been planned in advance to allow maximum tweaking so you can adjust your material instances with complete control. The Dolphin and Cuttlefish also include Vertex Animations compatible with the Fish School System.

Additionally, a demo scene has been included with 3 Rock Static Meshes that have 3 material types: Standard rock, Sandy & Very Sandy. The sand on these rocks is vector based, so it only appears on the top of the rocks. The scene also includes a Terrain Material with 2 layers, Underwater PostProcess Settings, Caustic Lighting, Fog, and Depth of Field.
